Does Aurre' Hair ship International?
Yes we do, However please contact us before you make the purchase

 

Can I have overnight/expedited shipping?
Overnight/Expedited shipping is offered Depending which products you choose.  If that option is available at check out then feel free to select faster shipping. Please select Overnight/Expedited shipping when you place your order.  If the Overnight/Expedited shipping option isn't available at checkout it is unavailable.
 

 

Generally, How long does it take for me to Get my order after it is placed?
Please allow us 7-10 business days to receive an order, but it can arrive as soon as 2-3 days depending on
 

 

After I purchase, will I receive a tracking number?
Normally you will receive a tracking number within 1-4 business days (excluding weekends) depending on which product you purchased.  When your label is printed; tracking is automatically sent to your email via Paypal, then you will be sent the same tracking number via Shopify when the package has been taken to the post office. All Packages are shipped through Usps.

 

How can I get a refund?
You can get refunds for items that are returned in the same condition as it is when you received it, with Azurre tag still on it.   You will be asked to send pictures of the hair to support@azurrehair.com  to be approved for a refund.  If the pictures of the condition of the bundles are approved for a refund,  we will gladly accept a return for items that can be restocked and resold. You have 10 days to return it for a full refund excluding shipping fees. For the all hair, such as   We will Not grant  refunds if the curls of the hair hair has been fingered combed, pulled apart, manipulated (frizzy) any way shape or form.  We will not refund or exchange any hair that has been worn, installed, dyed, cut or made into a wig. Also there will be NO REFUNDS ON ALL WIGS, DO TO COVID. If ANY refund should be given on bundles, closures or frontals pieces, the item should be sent with tracking info to us within 48hrs of your intitial delivery.
 

 

How long does Azurre' Hair last
Azurre' hair is sure to last a couple years. Azurre' Hair can last 2yrs + with proper maintenance. We adivse to use sulfate FREE shampoo and conditioners on all hair. Also, we suggest that a licensed Stlylist help provide care and style the hair for you.

 

Can I have my Azurre' Hair be dyed/colored before having it shipped to me?
Yes we can Azurre' Hair is 100% Virgin Human Hair therefore it can be bleached, rinsed, dyed all different colors and shades  (However If we don't dye it for you, we suggest that a licensed Stlylist color it for you.) If you want Azurre' Hair to dye any hair THERE WILL BE A UP CHARGE AND needs to be disccussed with Azurre' Hair and ALL CUSTOM ORDERS ARE A MINIMUM OF TWO WEEK DELIVERY.

 

How many bundles should I need of Azurre' Hair?
We advise : Length 14-16" Inches - You need a Min 2 bundles Or More....Lengths 18-24" inches You need a Min 3 bundles Or More..... Lengths 26-30" You need a min 4 bundles or More....Lengths 30"-Up"-5 bundles or More.  These suggestions are based upon installs with lace closures and frontals as well
